Meet Trinalynn

Meet Trinalynn Leamon, our passionate Career Development Coordinator for STEMforGIRLS at WRDC. With a Master of Arts in Political Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science/Sociology from Memorial University, she combines her love for politics with a deep commitment to empowering women and fostering youth engagement.

Trinalynn is a master of many talents; not only is she a vegetarian food wizard, but she also co-founded a family vegetable farm, the Foxtrap Access Road Market (F.A.R.M.), sharing her love for growing produce. Her culinary creativity extends to crafting homemade tofu and turning carrots into hotdogs! Trinalynn was involved as a founding director with the CBS Community Garden and the Friends of Pippy Park’s Maple Tapping Festival which showcases her commitment to education and community-building.

But that’s not all. Trinalynn is an avid downhill skier and a former member of the Canadian Ski Patrol, honored with national and provincial awards for her dedication. She also enjoys cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and, when the snow melts, hiking.

At WRDC, she’s instrumental in coordinating STEMforGIRLS programs, inspiring the next generation to excel in STEM fields.
