Tracy is responsible for leading our organization’s research, evaluation and accountability activities. Her areas of expertise include project management, survey design, focus group facilitation, data analysis and report preparation.
Tracy has over 20 years of research experience and holds a Master of Applied Social Psychology Degree (MASP) as well as a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) Degree from Memorial University. Tracy recently completed the Masters Certificate in Project Management program offered through the Gardiner Centre and is a Director At Large with the Canadian Evaluation Society’s Newfoundland and Labrador Chapter.
Tracy began her career working in the non-profit sector and is excited to be helping women in Newfoundland and Labrador.
