What advice would you give girls, who are still in school, who might be considering a career like yours?
Do not step back from your passion, ability, skills or yearning you have towards this area, just because of you are a girl. Like someone would say to you, it’s not suitable for girls. Or you would see someone is having hard time because of girl/women, and so… Nothing would stop you from succeeding, if you really want to achieve, hold that fire within you and work hard.
Why do we need more women in skilled trades and STEM?
First thing is, women are capable, there are lot of opportunities, so women can fill those positions to betterment of their lives and others.
Second thing is, those industries would benefit from the versatilities, women would bring into their positions.
