Focus groups can be an effective tool to dig deeper on a specific finding uncovered from WRDC’s Workplace Culture & Inclusion Survey.



Focus groups can cover a wide range of topics and enable employers to measure and evaluate the effectiveness of their equity and inclusion efforts.

As part of WRDC’s focus group consultation and coordination services, we will:

  • Work with employers to develop a discussion guide, which includes an outline of topics to be covered in the focus group(s)
  • Analyze and interpret the information and key themes captured from the focus group discussion(s)
  • Prepare a summary report and meet with employers to discuss research findings
