Marine Sector Experience Survey

If you work or have worked in the marine sector in Canada, please take the time to complete this survey.

The Council of Marine Professional Associates (COMPASS) is an organization of private-sector businesses and public-sector organizations directly involved in marine transportation activities. COMPASS, in partnership with Women in Resource Development Corporation (WRDC), is undertaking a marine sector experience survey. WRDC is a provincial non-profit organization committed to promoting equity, diversity and inclusion in the workplace.

This survey will provide critical, current data which will assist the marine industry, COMPASS, and their members by identifying industry trends, gaps in employment in the marine sector, and providing accurate information to advance the workforce. The results will lead to COMPASS and the sector providing innovative solutions for training, information sharing, and social and economic sustainability.

If you are working or have worked in the marine sector in Canada, we want to hear from you! The survey will take approximately 15 minutes to complete.
