Creating a Respectful Workplace

This workshop empowers participants with the necessary tools to establish and maintain a respectful workplace where everyone feels a sense of belonging. It addresses issues such as harassment, discrimination, and bullying while also highlighting how leaders, managers, supervisors, and employees can collaborate to build and promote a respectful inclusive work environment. This is a three (3) hour virtual session.
