Allyship in the Workplace

This training will help you and your organization understand the importance of the concept of allyship and what it means to be an ally in the workplace. Participants will learn about different types of allies and practical strategies on how we can act in allyship with marginalized groups. We will use case studies to apply the knowledge learned and share key takeaways you can apply immediately. This is a one and half hour (1.5) hour virtual session.
