It will examine how you can lead diverse teams effectively, influence how you engage with your employees, and help you develop and apply the skills required to be an inclusive leader. You will learn more about equity and diversity, enabling you to grow your team and your organization, enhance their performance and improve personal satisfaction. This professional development workshop is intended for leaders, managers, and supervisors – anyone responsible for leading people or has direct reports.
It is recommended that you complete both the Creating a Respectful Workplace and Diversity, Inclusion & You workshops before attending the Inclusive Leadership workshop. This is a three (3) hour virtual session.
