Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), the Manager, Communications will be responsible for
overall messaging and marketing of the organization by overseeing marketing-related publications or
launches, as well as the implementation of WRDC’s Strategic Communications Plan. Working closely with
the WRDC leadership team, they will lead the development and implementation of strategic marketing
campaigns and effective communication processes that align with our values. Leading a small but mighty
communications team, they will also oversee the design and content of marketing materials to engage
participants, sponsors, and other stakeholders, and build brand awareness.
