Kristina has been connecting qualified candidates with opportunities in the province focusing on the energy, marine and mining sectors for 13 years. She has a strong passion in being apart of candidates personal and professional growth by exposing them to opportunities with the Avara Solutions team and placements with Workforce by Avara. She currently represents Avara, a local engineering firm as their Business Development Manager and Senior Recruitment Consultant and is the Director with WORKFORCE NL as part owner.

Her expertise was recognized when she won 9th in Canada as Top Recruiter Award (2020) from TopRecruiter. Kristina was the only candidate recognized in Eastern Canada, and also placed 11th in North America with TopRecruiter and also again in 2021. She takes great pride in being a part of the community sitting on boards including Women in Resource Development Corporation, The Narrows Club, Cerebral Policy Association of NFLD, and Big Brothers Big Sisters. She also is the Head Coach of Girl’s High School Rugby Team at Gonzaga.
